Occaisional OWLAPI error when closing and reopening an ontology

      Description

      Happens within the OWL api.
      Open the amino-acid ontology, then the JERM ontology. Close the JERM ontology, then the amino-acid ontology. When reopening the amino-acid ontology I get:
