No error count on a nested workflow

Description

The error count for a nested workflow does not get set correctly. Ideally it should show the number of invocations of the workflow that had a service call error within it. In practice, it may be limited to showing the number of invocations that had an error report at an output.

Integrated in net.sf.taverna.t2.ui-components #1441
T2-1414 Error counts on workflows. Iteration node labels corrected for deep nestings.
