Description

you need to restart the workbench after installing a plugin
otherwise the plugin does not take effect, but this is not indicated

As a minimum a dialog should indicate that a restart of Taverna is needed.

Note that if a plugin has a dependency to system artifacts it would always require a restart. So this only affects plugins that do not require system artifacts. However, since nothing in Taverna 2.1 currently listens to plugins being added, even adding non-system-artifact-dependent plugins requires restart at the moment.
