With the attached workflow, it runs quite quickly through the first few iterations of create report but then slows down, possibly once the cache becomes full and read/write to the database starts. It is not clear how this can be improved/

Solution:
Run Taverna in JProfiler and trace what might be slowing down. If possible - fix.

Test:
Run workflow again and check that slowdown does not occur.
