Description

in general for an end-user it's unclear where to go to report these
usability issues

Proposed work: Add feedback to the Help menu which then takes you to the feedback page on the Taverna website
Proposed testing: Check that the item is in the menu, that it goes to the right place and also that it works behind a proxy.

It has been requested that a proper "submit bug report" mechanism should be introduced. This could include (if the user allows it) the sending of logs, workflow, edit history.
