Hi I ran the enclosed workflow with design veiw showing.

We workflow so is fast (assuming Christian PC has tomcat running) that the gui as issues.
1. One service and its result never changes colour to the completed colour
2. The result tabs do not show until you either toggle back to design and back to results or seize the window.

this seems to be a redrawing or threading issue, possibly UI updates done outside Swing thread. If you resize the divider between the diagram and the ports, the ports appear. If you resize the Taverna window, parts of the output ports appear again.

Might be related to T2-1250

Investigate threading problems.
