Misleading Text cursor showed while hovering over processor name

Description

While moving the mouse over a processor, the cursor changes to a Text cursor, although it is not possible to edit the name of the processor. A normal cursor should be shown instead.

(It is however possible to partially select the processor name for copy/paste, but it is difficult to be able to include the first or last letter in this selection)
