      Description

      Sort out Taverna publications, posters. presentations by us and other people. We need a nice system for adding and looking them up. Check our SiteULike if they have a plugin that could be used. And MENDELEY system too.

        14th May, a meeting was held to demonstrate the eScholar API.

        eScholar team made contact. Were unable to independently confirm that myGrid and Taverna's relationship to the University of Manchester. Have arranged a meeting for the 8th of May, regarding their plug-in.

        Alan and Alex have suggested that the data for publications be read from eScholar.

        Iain Hart has some code that does something similar, as stated in his e-mail on the 16th of April. This has been requested, no response as yet.

        The eScholar team is said to have a beta API to extract data with. They (Nilani Ganeshwaran)have responded, not offering the API as yet, but asking for a phone meeting, awaiting a response from them.
