The extended version of the command line tool includes support for interaction and components.

The command line tool does not start up an internal Jetty. Information about the location of the ATOM and webdav server must be specified within the command line script - executeworkflow.sh or executeworkflow.bat

  • taverna.interaction.host specifies the location of the machine where the ATOM hopper and webdav servers are located
  • taverna.interaction.port specifies the port on taverna.interaction.host
  • taverna.interaction.webdav_path specifies the path to the webdav on taverna.interaction.host
  • taverna.interaction.feed_path specifies the path to the ATOM feed on taverna.interaction.host

For example, edit executeworkflow.sh and before the lines

insert

to use webdav and ATOM servers on http://somewhere.com:8080
