The extended version of the command line tool includes support for interaction and components.

The command line tool does not start up an internal Jetty. Information about the location of the ATOM and webdav server must be specified within the command line script - executeworkflow.sh or executeworkflow.bat

For example, edit executeworkflow.sh and before the lines

\-jar "$taverna_home/lib/"prelauncher-*.jar \

${1+"$@"}

insert

\-Dtaverna.interaction.host="http://somewhere.com" \-Dtaverna.interaction.port=8080 \-Dtaverna.interaction.webdav_path="/webdav" \-Dtaverna.interaction.feed_path="/atom" \

to use webdav and ATOM servers on http://somewhere.com:8080
